The Medium 30 day challenge ideas: is to drink 10 glasses of water a day. Drinking 5 of these before 12 noon

The hard 30 day challenge ideas: is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day. Drinking 30% of this before 12 noon and the rest by 6 pm
